Bioeconomy 2017 Attendee Networking Tool Purpose:
On July 11–12, 2017, the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO) will host its 10th annual conference—Bioeconomy 2017: Domestic Resources for a Vibrant Future. BETO frequently hears from stakeholders in the biomass industry that networking is essential to identifying new partners for collaboration. In order to facilitate participant networking at Bioeconomy 2017, BETO is developing an Attendee Networking Tool. To develop a tool beneficial to you, the attendee, BETO is requesting additional background information over the typical registration process. This tool will give fellow attendees background on each other, and BETO will only use this information for its intended purpose.
Each year, approximately 600 participants attend BETO’s annual conference, including key stakeholders from the bioenergy industry, Congress, national laboratories, academia, and the financial community.
